When she gets taken back in time to the 1300s she sets about to see what improvements she can make for the clan that found her. She also falls in love with the clan chief. Who is not ready to love someone. The story focus is on the challenge of loving someone fully and not losing yourself to that love.Love scenes are tasteful. I have to agree that more could have been made of the book(like another 200 pages of how she makes life easier for the clan) but I was looking for a book to relax with and read in 1 or 2 nights.
