This book is well written, smooth flowing and easy to read. The author did a great job portraying the characters, their emotions and the experiences they went through. The book is a dark romance and contains strong sexual themes, drug use, abuse, etc so it may not be for everyone. The book will make more sense if you read the series in order (this is book 4)

I loved the characters. This is Brie's story (Brie is Gabe's daughter). Brie lived through a horrible tragedy. Her mother was murdered and her father left her to be with her mother's killer. That left a deep emotional scar on the teenager. She has been living with a wealthy family for a few years now. She is soon to be 18 years old.

Ren is War and Baylee's son. He has been keeping an eye on Brie to make sure that she is safe. He always thought she looked so sad. What nobody else knows, is that Ren has developed feelings for Brie. Will he be able to make it work?

Just before Brie turns 18 she finds out some truths about her adopted family that turned her stomach. She finds out that she is just a pawn. Will she be saved? Can she be saved?

I don't want to give away any details and spoil the book for anyone. This book has many twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat desperate to know what will happen next. Once I started the book I couldn't put it down. I can't wait until book 5 comes out so I can see how Brie's story will continue.

Brilliant! But WTF!!!! Ugh! There is no way to accurately review this book without providing a number of spoilers. I tried. I tried to write a better review but I couldn't without going into detail. And it's important that you read this without knowing what to expect in order to fully experience the feels this book rips from your soul. And what feels they are. I'm an emotional wreck. That ending just blew me away. I don't know whether I'm more heartbroken and sad, or if I'm a little excited about the possibility of rekindling a romance, or if I'm terrified that innocent looking arm on the shoulder meant more or what. There's still someone missing that I want stabbed repeatedly over and over slowly and painfully. I'm just so full of questions, the most important one being when does the next book, This Is Me, Baby, comes out?

KW is brilliant in her story writing and has you hanging off the edge of your seat with each page. I've tried to guess what will happen and I'm wrong more times than I'm not. What a messed up sexy mind game! I don't drink much but this book makes me need some seriously heavy liquor.

I cannot wait to see what happens with Brie next and all the other characters.
This series is absolutely addicting!!! I mean the crazy just keeps getting crazier!!! K Webster’s devious mind knows no bounds and the stories are the gift that keeps on giving right up until the last pages of each book!

I went in kinda thinking I had a clue as to what was going to happen, at least a basic foundation – maybe even the plot a little -- ya no not even close!!!! This book, like the prior three, pulls you in without so much as a life preserver to bail you out when the story sucks you in.

So there you are moseying along enjoying the story thinking well hell I didn’t see that coming, but it wasn’t so bad, maybe its even a little light for the twisted K. Webster we have come to know and love as of lately right?! I swear you blink your eyes and all hell breaks lose and you are cringing and crying and thinking oh my god no she didn’t just do that!!!! Then you find yourself thinking phew, okay that was the worst of it, things can only get better from here on out. I mean they certainly cannot get any worse than that right?! Wrong!!! Every time you think you are going to be okay and I do mean you as the reader because you will live this book it is so well written, the devious Ms. Webster tests you with another type of evil.

These characters are all amazing, you will love them with your whole heart. Even the new villains we are introduced to that have us shaking in our seats are made to feel so real they illicit actual fear!!!!
